Why Choose ACE

Ace Hearing Centers | waiting room

We want you to receive exceptional hearing healthcare.

There are many options for hearing healthcare, and we want the best for you. Our audiologists use comprehensive diagnostic testing to evaluate your hearing and make an appropriate recommendation for your individual hearing needs. We work with cutting edge technology from manufacturers that we believe in, in order to provide you with the best hearing experience possible. We know that your investment includes much more than hearing devices themselves, and that’s why we provide ongoing services to help maintain the devices and monitor any change in your hearing over time.

We value the needs of our patients.

We know that taking the first step toward a hearing loss solution is not always easy. Our audiologists take the time to thoroughly explain test results, hearing needs and all of your options to help you make an informed decision on the best possible solution. We provide listening demonstrations in our offices so that you can experience what hearing devices sound like. We want our patients to be comfortable with the investment they make, and always feel welcome at our offices when our services are needed.

We provide ongoing follow-up services.

Hearing devices purchased at ACE Hearing Centers include a hearing healthcare package, which includes batteries at no charge for the lifetime of the hearing devices, as well as free routine office visits within the manufacturer’s warranty period. As a patient of ACE Hearing Centers, we will schedule you every six months or as needed to clean and check your hearing devices, as well as make any necessary programming adjustments. Ongoing care and maintenance are key factors in prolonging the life and performance of your hearing devices.

We are nationally certified Audiologists.

The audiologists at ACE Hearing Centers hold either a master’s (M.S.) or doctoral degree in audiology (Au.D.). Both degrees require graduate-level schooling and on-site clinical rotations in the field of audiology. Our audiologists are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), which means that they maintain certification beyond state licensure in order to provide the most current knowledge, skills, and experience to provide high-quality clinical services (Source: www.asha.org)
